Chuck has 30 years of experience in the electrical industry including construction, material management, procurement, human resources, and prefabrication. He played a key role in the development of the Rough-in Ready® System, as well as the Rough-in Ready® automated manufacturing line, and in the development of all the U. L. listed support products we sell nationally.

bullet Doug Harter, Territory Manager
Doug began his career at Denier in 2004 after studying Sales and Marketing at the University of Cincinnati and Thomas More College and then deciding to enter into the electrical industry. Upon completing the electrical apprenticeship program, Doug worked in the field and on the Rough-in Ready production line for more than seven years. His well-rounded experience and dedication to the profession earned him a position on the Rough-in Ready Team as Territory Manager.

bullet Justin Jarboe, Territory Manager
Justin began his career in 2003 working in both industrial and commercial applications for a small electrical contractor company while he attended the ABC apprenticeship program. He joined Denier’s new construction team in 2007 as a Journeyman Electrician after moving from Central Indiana. After a few years Justin became a Master Electrician and then a Support Foreman after demonstrating a strong work ethic and exceptional management skills. In 2013 he accepted the position of Territory Manager for the Rough-In Ready® Division in order to take on more responsibilities and advance his career path.

bullet Rick Strasemeier, Designer
Rick began his career at Denier in 1994 as an electrician and completed his accredited 4-year IEC Apprenticeship Program in 1998. His career path led him to join Edcom, the Engineering Division, where he was an electrical designer for 15 years. He has been involved in developing engineering processes for quality control and CAD standards. In 2014 he joined Rough-In Ready® as a full-time member of the design group.  Rick is a valued and dedicated employee, always striving to exceed customer expectations.

bullet Darran Bishop, Designer
Darran started his career with Denier in 1999 after working 14 years as a machine builder. He was one of Denier’s first full-time hires working exclusively in the prefabrication systems division. This division eventually evolved into Rough-In Ready®. After 13 years of designing and building many of the automated machines and equipment that we currently use Darran began his current role as Rough-In Ready’s ® Designer. He continues to meet the needs of all of our customers.

bullet Tim Price, Designer
Tim has worked as a field electrician for 8 years and has completed his electrical apprenticeship through Associated Builders and Contractors, Inc. When he came to Denier in 2004 he started working in the Rough-In Ready® division where he learned about all the products that make up the Rough-In Ready® system. In 2011 he moved up to the Rough-In Ready Technical Services division as an electrical designer. Tim is a valued and dedicated employee who works hard to deliver the Rough-In Ready® system each customer expects to receive.
